How does it work, and how can I get started?

1. REQUEST SERVICES: 
Just contact us! We'll need your name, phone #, email, as well as your pickup address (including floor and/or unit number) . The best way is to use the request services button. This is will also be used when wanting to drop off and pick up yourself (9905 sw 90th Ave., Tigard) there is a bin and tags in the front for easy, no contact drop offs.

You bundle up your dirty laundry (don't forget to check your pockets!) and leave it for us. We'll come pick it up as arranged, If dropped we will confirm received. An invoice will be sent out and due upon receipt. 
Easy peasy!

2. RUB-A-DUB-DUB. 
Next, we'll professionally wash and dry your items, using our non toxic, chemical and scent free detergent.
Piece of cake!

3. DROP OFF.
Before we bring your items back, we'll be sure your invoice was received and paid and get your order back on the schedule for delivery or if in bin you will be notified it is ready.

What's included in your regular service?

Professional wash/dry/fold.
 • All items are washed appropriately, taking care to ensure all preferences are followed **Please be aware that we do NOT check pockets unless you ask us to.**
 • Your items will always be kept separate from other orders.

We wash with cold water and dry on a medium heat setting in large commercial HE machines. Unless you request otherwise (we don't charge extra for hot water and high heat if that's your preference, but you should know that it can damage your clothes!).

We also offer the following options to make your experience a perfect fit with your lifestyle and preferences
 • A variety of laundry products including; scent-booster, softeners and oxidation, please ask for further request accommodations. 
 • Air or hang dry (returning on hangers is not an extra cost if you send the hangers)
 • Steam ironing

Quick turnaround.
Our standard turnaround is 48 hours after pickup. (**Please be aware that larger orders, air dried, hand washed or down-filled items may take longer due to the more extensive dry time and added labor of periodically redistributing feathers and hand-fluffing your items.)

If you require faster service, let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your request, additional fees apply.

That's right; we'll go out of our way for you! Up to 40 miles out. please inquire for rates.

Sometimes you've just gotta have it! We'll do our best to accommodate your request; contact for availability. Extra fees apply

We are NOT set up to do mending and alterations at this time, but we do offer to take to a local dry cleaners business as part of your order.  Please inquire for further details.

Do you sell gift cards?

Accepted Answer

YES!
Gift cards are a super thoughtful item to give new parents, students, people who are recovering from surgery or whose washer is on the fritz, or community members in need.

Some folks even like to buy gift cards for themselves! You can get them in different denominations, from $5 to $200.

EGift cards available on the website, please request paper certificates through the contact me form.
